How to use it

  1. Select the correct vault in your account and open Quick entry.
  2. Write asset names and quantities in one line.
  3. Review each detected match, correct errors and confirm the records.

Supported names and units

The parser recognises defined Turkish and English asset names and abbreviations. Use currency amounts for cash, weight for gram gold and pieces for coins. Unknown or ambiguous expressions need review; make sure the preview selects the intended asset.

Preview before saving

Parsing text does not immediately save it. After reviewing the quantity, asset type and unit, add the records to the active vault. Pay particular attention to decimal separators and gold purity, which can distinguish different holdings.

Adding purchase details

Quick entry is useful for entering multiple quantities. Use the detailed edit form to add purchase costs, dates, workmanship or private notes. Saved records use the same encrypted storage as other portfolio holdings.

Questions about this tool

Can I enter gold coins, gram gold and dollars together?

Yes. For example, type “5 quarter 10 gram 300 dollars”. Quarter gold is counted in pieces, gram gold by weight and dollars as a currency amount. Check the preview and save the records to include them in your portfolio total using available prices.

Will every phrase be recognised automatically?

No. The tool uses defined names and rules. Check and correct ambiguous matches in the preview.

Is an account required for bulk asset entry?

Yes. It adds records to the active vault, so you must be signed in with permission to edit that vault.
