Scope of the service
Varlık Hesapla is a free record-keeping and calculation service for tracking gold, currencies, crypto, shares and other supported holdings and estimating their value. It does not hold money or securities, connect to bank accounts or place trades on your behalf. When creating an account, you review these terms and agree to use the service within this framework.
Your account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate, current account details, using an email address you can access and protecting your password. Do not impersonate others or access accounts without permission. Report suspected unauthorised use through the contact address. Some notification and sharing features require a verified email address. If Google sign-in is available and you use it, you also need to manage the security of your Google account.
Market data and investment decisions
Prices come from external providers and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. BIST data in particular is delayed. Displayed values may differ from the price your bank, dealer or exchange offers at the time of a transaction; spreads, fees, taxes, workmanship and liquidity can affect the result.
Content, charts, alerts and calculations are not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. No return is promised. Verify prices and terms with the institution where you intend to transact, and assess the risks of your own investment decisions.
Records, calculations and notifications
Check the quantities, costs, dates and asset types you enter. Review quick-entry results before saving them. Return analysis and historical simulations depend on the available price archive and do not predict future performance. The zakat calculator provides an estimate based on your inputs and selected assumptions; it does not replace individual religious assessment. Alerts and digests depend on networks, data sources and email infrastructure. Timely delivery is not guaranteed, and they do not place orders.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and within your access permissions. Do not collect other people’s data without authorisation, bypass security controls, upload harmful content, commit fraud or send automated requests at a volume that disrupts the service. Do not use accounts, invitations or sharing features for spam or rights violations. If you discover a security issue, report it through the contact address without accessing other people’s data.
Content and data rights
You retain your rights in the content you enter; records are processed to provide the service and the sharing you select. The Varlık Hesapla brand, design and software, and external providers’ data and content, belong to their respective rights holders. Access does not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute them without authorisation. You can download your own records using the available export tools; reuse of external market data is subject to its provider’s terms.
Service availability
Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures or changes at external providers may interrupt the service. Features may change or be discontinued. Uninterrupted access and complete data at all times are not promised. Keep exported copies of important records securely. If paid services are introduced, their prices and terms will be explained separately and any required agreement obtained. Existing free use will not automatically incur charges.
Closing an account
You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. Your personal vault records are deleted; shared vaults with other members and their records may remain. The privacy policy explains deletion and retention. Unlawful use, security threats or violations of these terms may lead to proportionate restrictions or termination of access. You can send questions about such action to the contact address.
Limits of responsibility
Verify calculation results and external market data before relying on them. The provider’s liability is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms.
Applicable law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, subject to any other mandatory legal rules. You can first send questions or complaints to the contact address. Your right to apply to competent courts and, where eligible, consumer arbitration committees is preserved. These terms do not impose an exclusive venue.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as features or legal requirements change. This page shows the current version and update date. Required notice will be provided for material changes, and separate agreement obtained where legally necessary. Changes do not remove rights you have already accrued.
