Zakat calculator for gold, currencies and cash

Enter Turkish lira, supported currencies and gold, then specify debts and the lunar-year condition. The calculator converts amounts to lira using available buy quotes, compares the net amount with nisab and reports the selected conditions.

Which method does this calculator use?

This application calculates nisab as the buy value of 80.18 grams of 24-carat gold. It applies 2.5% to the qualifying net amount. Debt and lunar-year selections affect the assessment. The source and scope of this method are linked beside the form.

Gold types and individual circumstances

Gram gold, coins and different gold purities are entered in their own units. Assets outside the stated scope and individual religious circumstances are not resolved automatically. Review the linked methodology and consult an appropriate expert when your circumstances require clarification.

Keep a PDF of your calculation

Download a breakdown including quote time and method notes as a PDF. Inputs do not change your portfolio and are not stored permanently. A downloaded report may contain personal amounts, so check it before sharing.
